Promotion Overview
For every eligible life, health, disability or income protection insurance policy taken out for personal or business cover through Bay Insurance, the policyholder will receive a $250 credit.
Eligibility
- This offer is available to new and existing Bay Insurance customers.
- Only policies taken out during the promotion period are eligible.
- Policies must be active and premiums up to date to qualify for the gift card.
Promotion Period
- The promotion begins on 1 July 2024 and ends on December 2024.
- Bay Insurance reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its discretion.
Eligible Policies
The promotion applies to the following types of insurance policies:
- Life Insurance
- Health Cover
- Disability Cover
- Income Protection Cover
Policies must be issued by Bay Insurance and must meet the underwriting requirements of the respective insurance providers.
Gift Card Details
- A $250 gift card will be issued for each eligible policy taken out during the promotion period.
- The maximum total value of gift cards per customer is $500.
- Gift cards will be sent to the policyholder within 30 days of policy issuance and confirmation of the first premium payment.
- Gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Exclusions
- This offer does not apply to policy renewals or modifications of existing policies.
- Group policies and policies purchased through third-party agents or brokers are not eligible for this promotion.
General Conditions
- Bay Insurance reserves the right to verify each policyholder’s eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Bay Insurance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any disputes regarding the promotion or these terms and conditions, Bay Insurance’s decision will be final and binding.
- By participating in this promotion, policyholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Liability
- Bay Insurance is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in relation to this promotion or the use of the gift card.
- Bay Insurance will not be liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of the gift card due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Privacy
Bay Insurance will collect and use personal information provided by participants to administer this promotion and in accordance with its privacy policy.
